Transactional Analysis Therapy
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a psychotherapeutic approach that focuses on understanding and analyzing the interactions between individuals. It was developed by psychiatrist Eric Berne in the 1950s. TA uses a framework of three ego states—Parent, Adult, and Child—to examine how people communicate, make decisions, and relate to others. It’s often used to improve interpersonal relationships and personal growth by exploring and reshaping patterns of communication and behavior.
